   What should exist first? What can wait? I make a clickable Figma version you can try before any code, and I’ll tell you if something isn’t worth building yet.

3. 3. Let’s build · 2–12 weeks

   I build it in small pieces. You get a live link from the first week, so you see real progress instead of a big reveal at the end.

4. 4. Let’s launch · About 1 week

   Testing, app store submission, going live, and making sure Google can read it.

5. 5. Let’s grow · If you want

   Fixes, new features and search work. This is the part most people stop doing once the invoice is paid.
